It's been so hot every day that I haven't been able to get my hands on any of the fall sake that's still on the shelves, but it's about time 🍁.
I mean, I've never had AKABU Amber before.
I wanted to drink it and bought it 😁.
It's fresh when you drink it! It's fresh! (Not so fresh, but fresh...).
And the image of sweetness and acidity is soft? Is it mild for an Akabu sake? Is it because it is an autumn sake?
But as you drink it, the sweetness and acidity become stronger and stronger?
Maybe it's because it was chilled at first, but as I drank it, it was getting to room temperature?
For a so-called "autumn sake" (although I'm not sure if that's a good way to put it), it's gorgeous 🥳.
Yeah, this balance of sweetness and sourness is delicious 😋.
It's 13 degrees and easy to drink.

I got Akabu's Autumn Sake, Amber this year because my husband raved about it when he drank it last year ❣️ It's hard to get because it's so popular, but I got it safely 👍It's good that it's sweet and sour and easy to drink 🤤.

The weather is still in the middle of summer, but something about the liquor stores is appealing autumn a step or two earlier.
