As a reward for my hard work, I opened a bottle of my favorite Shinmasa 🥰.
My husband and I made a toast 🥂.
The aroma is very sweet and nice.
In the mouth it is sweet and juicy, with no cloying taste at all, and leaves you wonderfully impressed.
As expected of Shinsei 🙇♀️ I am bowled over.
It is indeed sweet because it is a noble sake, but it is so easy to drink that I finished it in no time.
Why is it so delicious...
It's so strange, it has such a high level of perfection.
I don't know what kind of Shinmasa I will encounter next, but this is a sake I can really look forward to.
