I had a lot of drinks, so I'll start with "Honoka" in Musashikoyama, which I used for company drinks yesterday ✨I didn't take notes, so I'll record as much as I can remember 📝.
It looks like there are 7 seats at the counter on the first floor and a tatami room on the second floor. It is an izakaya that specializes in Japanese sake and has a wide variety of sake. It is a popular restaurant so we made a reservation to visit.
First, we had an aperitif of Shimofuri Romain before our food was served 😊This was my second time to try Romain and my first review.
I don't know about the aroma. It was mildly sweet with gentle acidity and a dry finish, with hints of banana.
It was a cup that soothed my tiredness during the day 🥰.
