We brought this brand to a BBQ outside and it was easy to talk about!
This sake was purchased in Kagoshima and is a little out of fashion for the time of year, but it can't be helped 😭.
The temperature is more like chilled than cold due to the fact that we were outside.
I read an article that recommended 10 degrees Celsius, so it was just right.
It has more umami than sweetness from the rice, and the balance of dryness and mildness is exquisite, making it the type to savor slowly.
I didn't feel much fruitiness, but it was well received due to the sake aspect!
