This is the first time I have had Yukiten. It's been more than a year since I've had Tenbi, the first time I've had it since the change of master brewer 😆.
Maybe because I chilled it too much, I don't feel that much sweetness and the sourness is a bit stronger 💪The aroma is pear🍐 as Yasube said. The review of Sake no Wa is informative. It's so easy to drink and so good, it'll be gone soon😅.
The 3rd and 4th pictures are straw-roasted bonito 🐟 that I had on a business trip to Kochi last week 😋 It's super tasty because it has no smell 😋 Everything must be local!
