I asked about it, and it seemed to be a project to support Hokuriku.
The bottling time is 2021.1...the shipment is 2024.1

The top aroma is sweet and mature with sourness, quince, bitter cocoa and fruity coffee, and umami spreads with a deep savory flavor like soy sauce mash. There is a slight saltiness, a lingering sweet and sour aftertaste like after eating dried fruits, and a lingering aroma like Shaoxing wine on the nose.... I can't wait to drink more as I explore the flavors.
The other day, I went back to this supermarket and found 2 bottles of the same one left...discounted to 1400 yen 😫....a bit frustrating...!
