The 20th was a full moon night in August ✨ at 🌕️, [StarGen Moon]. Well, it's been a while since I've had a relaxing [moon-viewing sake], so here's what I'll be opening this time 🍶. Gassan Mizuki Junmai Daiginjo. This time, I'm going to compare the two sakes [Tsuki no Oubai] and [Natsu no Sake], or rather, make them look more gorgeous ✨. [Tsuki no Daibai] Aroma of mellow melon-like rice, full-bodied mouthfeel, then melon-like sweetness like the aroma, and a deep and long aftertaste. [Summer Sake] The finish is similar to that of Tsuki no Oubai, but the firm umami after the drink is more pronounced. Either way, the sweet umami and pleasant fruity aftertaste is irresistibly delicious 😋. The entrée was an assortment of sashimi that we bought at a fish shop. The night breeze has gradually become cooler as I look out the window at the moon, and I can now hear the faint sounds of autumn insects. The season is changing, even though I feel the heat every day 🌊🍁. I felt a little sign of autumn [tonight, moon-viewing sake]🌕️🍶✨. By the way, I also got a perfect [moon sake] the other day in Shinshu, so I will open it from now on☺.

Hello, Mr. Jaive. Mr. Gyve is the most famous moonshine 😊. I love your photos of the glaring moonlight ✨. I'm curious about the sake from Shimane as I haven't come across it very often 🎵. The sake cup looks great too 🍶.

Good evening, Jive-san. I've given up on the idea of drinking tsukimi sake 🌕✨I'd love to have a picture of the full moon on my sake cup, but it doesn't look like it will come true. It would be nice to taste the late summer in the moon mountains with a nice sake cup 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki. I just found a window in my house where I can see the sky clearly, so I can watch the moon as much as I want on a nice night. 🌕️ I bought this at [Yohaku STORE] near Karasuma Oike, Kyoto.

Good morning, Hirupeko! I bought this sake cup at the Kiyomizuyaki festival held every October in Kyoto 😁. I have a lot of sake cups so I will use them as soon as the timing is right ✨.

Hi Jive 🐦. Hey, I was wondering if this was a tsukimi sake. I thought it wasn't a Shinshu sake 😳, but it was a tsukimi sake😊The name is also Mizuki, exactly like it sounds: 🌕️ I see you bought a moon-inspired one in Shinshu as well 😆 Great job 👍✨.

Good morning, Pon-chan! Actually, I still have some Shinshu sake in stock💦. This time I opened "Gassan" which I bought for the full moon 😁. Maybe the next update will be Shinshu sake 🤣. I'm looking forward to tsukimi-sake with Shinshu-shu!
