We have been busy in October and finally opened a new sake 😅Niigata "Koshinoketora Junmai Sake" 🍶.
I added some kanzuri, Tochio's deep-fried tofu, and ego, and voila! The label on the back of the bottle reads exactly what it says: "Drinks as smooth as water, and the more you drink, the more you can taste the rice flavor..."!
Aburage→Keitora→Ego→Keitora...every time I eat something, I naturally reach for the sake cup.
Hiraccio, I opened Kanzuri🌶 😆.
I put kanzuri, green onion, miso, ground sesame, and cheese in abura-age, microwaved it for a minute, and then grilled it until the surface was crispy! It was a perfect match for the Echino Katora!
The "ego" was also delicious with a firmer texture 😋By the way, the vinegared miso that came with it was made by a maker in Fukuoka 😉 Eichichi Haruka.

Good morning, Mr. Aaru-Shu, nice to meet you. The inscription on the aburage is the Uesugi's banner "毘", isn't it! I want to imitate it when the time comes to drink Keitora😃.
