A rare sake made with Kastori shochu instead of brewing alcohol. Have you conquered it with the Funaguchi-Kore sold now?
It certainly has a strong aroma. It doesn't have a sense of being alcoholic because of the use of kasutori-shochu.
I think I'll get a little tired of drinking this amount....
Personally, I think I prefer new rice shochu or matured shochu.
