2025, maybe every day (one post every day). The freshness of the sake, the refreshing mouthfeel, the elegant sweetness and umami. It's a beautiful sake that will add some flowers to end the year! I will try my best to post one post a day next year as well (lol). Tempura of conger eel as a side dish
