I thought I had chosen the sake I bought at Kamoshita Sake Shop because I had heard that the rice polishing ratio was 99%, but that was not the case 😓 Well, this one looks interesting, so I guess it's possible. I'm not sure if it's a placebo, but it's a very drinkable sake with a mineral flavor and a bit high at 17 degrees 😌 I didn't find much sweetness or modernity, but it was delicious. That's all for this year's post. Have a happy new year everyone! I'm off to work now 🥶.
