It is slightly cream-colored with small bubbles.
The top aroma is sweet like cotton candy with a refreshing scent of Japanese pear.
The fresh bitterness bursts from the light bubbles, and from there the taste of rice blossoms with a soft sweetness.
The quiet disappearance makes you want to chase after it again.
I think I prefer to drink it cold and crisp.
It is a beautiful sake with a light flavor,
The taste of rice in the latter half is impressive, and I was surprised at the very light expression of rice in this sake.
Tenryo sake that is not Masayo is also delicious💕.
