Yoshida Kurau -Re:Fermentation Hyakumangoku no Shiro midium light
Yoshida Kurau is a modern Yamahai. Kimi no I is Elegant Yamahai... it's complicated. 😵💫
This is my first Yoshida Kurau, but it's a test brew of re-fermented low alcohol Yamahai brewed sake.
I didn't even drink the standard 😅.
Maybe it's been a while since the bottle was opened, but no gassy feeling.
Mild citrus flavor and a slight fermented cheese-like lactic acidity aroma.
Is this modern Yamahai?

Nemuchi-san, this is Yoshida Kura U limited edition sake😄I have only had the standard one and it was delicious. The one I had was slightly sparkling. I think "modern Yamahai" means it has a fruity taste that is not like Yamahai and has a modern style.
