It doesn't say, but according to the official website, it is junmai ginjo with a 58% rice polishing ratio.
LED reads "Red" in Japanese. It is an all-Tokushima Prefecture sake made with Awaichiba Yamadanishiki and LED Dream Yeast, which was created by irradiating the yeast with UV-LED.
Gorgeous aroma. As the name "tropical" suggests, it is fruity. Sweet, light and easy to drink. At the same time I bought this sake, a few liquor stores had the raw version in stock, and I'm curious about that one too... I wonder if they still have some left?
The aroma on the nose is pineapple.

Another sake with a distinctive label👍.
The recommended snacks on the back label, even raw sea urchin and sudachi is the key 😁.

Good evening Manta 😃.
They say it's inspired by LED lights 😊.
The sea urchin is surprising for this flavor, but I wonder if the sudachi is unique to Tokushima?

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😊.
The sweetness of the wine is one of the reasons why I bought it, but I also bought it for the jacket aspect 😁Udami is unexpected because I have an image of dry or white wine 😋.
