Tasyu✕ Yamada Nishiki = no way to miss it. I know I'm a bit late to the party since I haven't posted anything recently 😅, but I'll start with an announcement. Sake-no-wa Tokyo Off-line Meeting Date: Saturday, March 18, from 18:00 Place: Sakelabo Tokyo Participation deadline is 2/10. The deadline for participation is 2/10. Organized by Yucachin, currently 8 participants? I wonder if there are 8 participants? Unfortunately, we couldn't buy zodiac bottles this season 😭. But on the other hand, I was able to buy Yamadanishiki which I couldn't buy last season so it's ok 😁. The first aroma is very Tasake-like apple 🍎. It has a slightly effervescent taste, and after the sweetness spreads, it is characterized by a firm umami and a sharp dryness. It is drier than the usual Tokujun, but the balance is as good as one would expect from Tasake 😋. It is a versatile sake that can be served with meat, fish, or anything else.

Yucachin-san, I drank Yamadanishiki for the first time and it was still a stable and reliable tasake 😁. And I look forward to meeting you offline!

Manta-san, I've only been invited by Yucachin-san once, but I thought it was great that you could get so excited about the topic of sake even though we've never met before! I hope you can join us when you can 😆.
