I thought I would end my last night in Miyagi with a sake from Kesennuma, Sotenden.
My mother asked me which I would like better, a piece of sea urchin or a portion of special sushi for one person for the same price. I had no hesitation in going with the sea urchin ✨.
So I thought it would be nice to have something refreshing to go with it. That's why it's a Honjozo.
It's a clear, clear sake, but it doesn't have much of an aroma. But that's why the sea aroma of the sea urchin stands out. ‼️ Soutenden👍 goes well with this sweet Sanriku sea urchin aftertaste 😋😋That's the best 💕!
