I went flounder fishing and caught 6 fish. 😃✌️
But only 2 were sashimi size (>_<)
Ate them as sashimi and carpaccio,
The smaller size was a fisherman's privilege and we had the whole fish as meuniere and aqua pazza ❕🥰.
The accompanying sake was Kariharu Kawasemi.
It is a light cloudy sake with a hint of sweetness, followed by sourness, which is sharp and goes well with fish. ✌️
The label is cute and the taste is sweet and sour!
No wonder it is so popular 😀.

Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san.
After all, even if it is small, the fish you catch yourself is delicious. I was so happy to catch it myself 😋.
The sashimi was clear and whip-cracking because it was so fresh.
I recommend Kariho as a sake that goes well with fish and can also be drunk alone. I would recommend it 😀 😀

Hi Jay & Nobby 👋😃.
I was actually planning to catch a lot more big ones 🤣.
By the way, I'm the one who handled the fish and my wife is in charge of the cooking... 😀
I recommend the Kingfisher series in Kariho.

Hello Mr. Manachy.
Kariho's Kingfisher series is a drink I have been wanting to drink for a while and I was able to match it with the fish I just caught. 🤗
Fishing is like half of what I do because I want to drink good sake 😀.

Hello, Bon.
Yes, the aqua pazza was surprisingly fluffy and delicious 😋.
I thought it wouldn't be so bad to catch a small one 🤣.
