This was brought to us at the end of the year from Hatoya Sake Brewery in Nagano. This time, after witnessing the popularity of Nabeshima in Hakata and Beppu, I went home and pulled it out to open the bottle.
I can only say that it is delicious, with a soft sweetness that balances out the overall taste.
I thought about going to Karatsu or Saga to explore Nabeshima, but I was able to take him to Hakata and Beppu, so I didn't go.
The fourth picture is a clear tonkotsu ramen from Pork Soba Tsukiya on the Fukuoka Airport ramen runway. Tonkotsu Ramen has evolved in many ways 🍜.

It looks clear but has the taste of pork bone. I also squeezed some kabosu to change the taste. More than half of the customers were women 😄.
