The sake this time is Atago no Matsu, a favorite in our house (especially for the wife) 😊.
It is made from Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture, 60% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. It was dry, refreshing and delicious 😊I wonder if she prefers it as a food sake? 🤔Classic dressed labels are also good for an occasional occasion👍Thanks for the treat 🙏.
