The last stock sake I used to buy at the Saidu liquor store, which is now far away 🍶.
The bottle was cheerfully opened with a swig.
When you sip the supernatant, it's a swirl.
Slightly sweet but not lingering.
When mixed with the lees, it mellows out...
This is delicious!
Niboshi Ramen is very popular in Aomori!
In Hirosaki, there's a rice cake shop with a long line...
The famous uchiwa mochi (rice cake). After ordering, they pour a lot of sesame sauce on it.

Hi, Pon-chan. I drank 3 shindai sake, but the green bottle of junmai unfiltered was the best. The black bottle of junmai was not so good.
You should sample it when you go there!
