We were lucky enough to find the limited edition Tanabata sake that we missed out on this year too 🤗!
We started with the pink-capped Koganezawa style.
I heard that this one is generally more popular with the ladies 😊.
The aroma is slightly berry-like
Sourness finishes the light sweetness.
But what remains at the end is surprisingly bitterness❗️.
The skill of the female brewer shines through in this sake👍

The first one is Shin Shin SY.
Coming from Tokyo for a business trip
He is a soft-spoken elite businessman 🧑💼.
He is a business traveler who is always in pursuit of delicious sake and food from all over the country, and I envy him a lot 😁.
He was a big fan of the Hankyu Braves when he was a child, especially Hisashi Yamada, the best submarine pitcher in NPB history, and we had a lot of fun talking about the Pacific League in his minor league days with me, a Lions fan when the team was based in Fukuoka❗️.
