I went to Nippure Shoten in Matsudo in search of summer sake. While I was torn between Koshizo and Koshiizo, I bought Koshi Summer Fragrance because of its cool appearance and its cute logo. The sound of "Kinoene" is also cool. When I opened the bottle, I heard the sound of gas. The aroma of fresh rice is refreshing. The refreshing aroma is not too assertive, but it is pleasantly crisp. The sweetness, sourness, and umami come at the same time as the slightly sparkling carbonation, and the bitterness comes at the end. The aftertaste is very sharp. It is the kind of sake that will make you feel refreshed after a hot and humid early summer night. Delicious. The aroma of summer is a strange thing to say! I was somewhat embarrassed to use the word "fruity" to describe the taste of sake, so I took the liberty of not saying "fruity," but it was quite difficult to do so. I would like to increase my vocabulary and experience.

Hi moby, nice to meet you. I'm glad you found a good summer sake. I understand your confusion about the word "fruity"! I am not good at comparing it to fruits either. I can understand if it is a grapefruit, but.... But I don't have a good way to describe it.

Nice to meet you! Thanks for your comment. It is a drink that I tend to drink too much of. As a beginner, it's difficult to know how to describe it...but it's part of the fun of struggling with it!

Hi moby 😃 My parents live in Chiba and my daughter lives in Minami Kashiwa, so I had a pin 💡 and a reaction to the liquor store in Matsudo 😊 and moby and knobby are very similar 😆. I don't know what it is either...fruity...repeatedly!
