The second bottle in Kesennuma Oshima, Ding ✨.
I bought this bottle when I went to Nagano on this great adventure called "homecoming".
I had already been carrying around a bottle all this trip without sending it (my husband) all the way, just to encourage him to pair the Ding with the sumptuous seafood at this Kaiho 😍.
According to the liquor store where we bought it, it is fruity and popular number 1 ❣️.
Ding is produced by three graduates of Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The fruity aroma is gorgeous. It is super soft and has a gentle sweetness. I think I know what Jyushiyo means when I say that it has a smooth, elegant sweetness and a sharpness that goes well with it👍.
It's really a delicious and careful sake. ❣️

I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but I'm sure it's the same as the other two. I am so impressed with Kaiho-san.

Miyagi prefecture was not affected by the typhoon as much as the previous information and we were lucky with the weather 😄.
Even though the fishing was poor, it is still a quintessential Kaifeng denner 😋 Did you try the bonito from Kesennuma? This year's was very tasty 🤘.

Colonel Lal, I'm back 😁It really was a great Kaiho denner 😋✨We also got some bonito 👍It was in the platter at my parents' house, and at Kaiho it was served as sashimi and nameko, but it was fatty and very, very tasty ❣️
