ワカ太The next sake to go with oysters is Jikin's Senbon Nishiki. They say that spring oysters are full of nutrients, so the juice from the oyster turns yellow. The aroma is totally different from the previous Jikin, berry type ‼️ Pour it into a glass and be surprised by the aroma at first 😳! The taste is the stable taste of Jikin. The clean sweetness of the rice spreads, and then comes the elegant spiciness. The acidity that complements the sweetness also arrives, and the finish is refreshingly tight with a burst of gas.
