I got Tasake Akita Sake Komachi 🍶😃.
Delicious 😋❣️
The umami with a sense of transparency and a weak astringency that accentuates the taste.
I got the impression of a lingering sense of transparency rather than a crisp cut 😋.
Compared to yesterday's Tasake Yamahai, Yamahai has a sense of maturity and this Akita Sake Komachi has a sense of transparency.
That's my impression!
As expected of Tasake, both are very good 😋.
Tasake has a complex taste and is cleverly assembled.
I am inexperienced in sake, but I can't decipher the taste!
I drank half of it to write my impressions again 😅
I drank it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Ginjo aroma
-A hint of astringency in the nose.

I drank too much Yamahai last night and almost had a chance to compare them ✨The astringency and depth of Yamahai and the ummmm...they are both delicious 😋With sweet potato tempura? With fried bean sprouts? With sweet salmon? I drank and ate and drank 🥰.

Good evening, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
Akita Sake Komachi Tasake! I'd like to try a bottle of this 🤗Aged vs. clear seems like two extremes, but it's hard to keep the goodness no matter which comes first 😙.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I thought they were both cleverly and deliciously done, even though they are both quite different strains of flavors 😋.
