It's been a long time since I've seen Tenmei.
The overall impression is light due to the low alcohol content.
It is refreshingly fruity and the sweetness is weak, but when the lees are mixed, it becomes just right. It has a good flavor, and the acidity is not so strong. The bitterness comes in gradually afterwards.
I bought it because of the nice label, but I didn't recognize it because of the black bottle, but I didn't realize it was light nigori until I was about to finish the bottle😅.
It was delicious and balanced once the lees were mixed in. I regret that I would have mixed it if I had known from the beginning 😣.
