You can taste the freshness of freshly squeezed rice and the mild rice flavor.
Sake with umami, but not too strong, so it can be paired with pretty much any dish.
Right now I'm in the mood for some bonito with a nice salt.
Yuzuan-yaki (grilled bonito with yuzu citrus) would be good too!
Sake by itself is also good!
I like it when it's a little cooler than usual, when it's just about to come back to room temperature.
It's so easy to drink!
