I decided to have a drink when the cherry blossoms bloomed 🍶.
Nabeshima Blossoms Moon" is a junmai ginjo brewed from Hyogo's Tajima strong rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, with a 50% polished rice ratio.
The appearance is clear crystal with no visible gas.
The aroma is gorgeous, mild, and refreshing, with hints of ripe yellow pear, red apple, melon, banana, and ripe kiwi, and a hint of kamishinko.
The fresh mouthfeel is stimulated by a gentle gassy sensation🫧.
Fruity sweetness and light acidity, like that of pear Hosui, spread out, and the hint of fragrance is also fruity🫧.
The presence of the acidity is evident as it spreads and then disappears.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of flowers.
The lingering finish is moderate and leaves an astringent taste on the tongue.
The freshness of freshness, sweetness and acidity with a pinch of bitterness is irresistible. ☺️
I was in a good mood, tipsy and remembering the cherry blossoms on my commute to work, my mood was in full bloom🌸.

I also missed out on buying it in February and gave up, but was lucky enough to get one when it was restocked in March 🍶☺️

Personally, I think the most popular of the Nabeshima Moon series is Winter New Moon, followed by Blossom Moon!
I often regret it too when it comes to a lifetime with alcohol 😌.
