Returned home after the date change. Junmai Ginjo from Toyobai, Hananakada. Purchased at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. Hananakada is a carpet of cherry blossoms that spreads across the moat of Hirosaki Castle during the cherry blossom season. Hideo Kobayashi's essay "Hanami" is a short piece that could be called a wonderful lyric poem. While describing a lecture trip to Tohoku, he reminisces about cherry blossoms in Takato, Shinshu, and marvels at the cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Castle, which he describes as "a nighttime cherry blossom that just stuns you. The sake's flavor is gorgeously fragrant, refreshing, and drinkable. It also coexists with a sharpness. The design in the center of the label is reminiscent of a flower raft. The word "HANARAFTU" appears quietly and modestly at the side of the design.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio 😊. You are an erudite man in many ways. I'd like to go see them, but it seems to be quite crowded 😅. I'd like to go there someday😊.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy😊. I guess the flower rafts are about 2 months earlier than the sake. I've only been to Aomori once, on a day trip on the bullet train to the Aomori station area, and I'd like to visit Hirosaki someday. Hanami sake at a food stall, 👍.

Good evening, Director T.KISO😊. I am envious of the nighttime cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Castle. I see that you saw the flower rafts. I would love to see the cherry blossoms of Hirosaki Castle, which fascinated even Mr. T.KISO's best one, Hideo Kobayashi!
