Let me review this year's Hirupeko Chiba Sake Fair.

And the fifth bottle is Kino-ene.
I can feel the popularity of Kino-ene, as many people drink it at Sake-no-wa.
This time, I chose this green one because Jay & Nobby seemed to enjoy drinking it.
Fusakogane is rice!
Fresh aroma of green apple.
The mouthfeel has a fizzy and bubbly feel.
The taste is easy to drink with the green apple aroma softly passing through the mouth and the gassy bitter bitterness in the latter half of the refreshing sweet and sour taste.
The sweetness is restrained and easy to drink, and the taste is good for a personal early summer experience.
I was late to open it even though it says "new rice x new sake x freshly squeezed".
But I am very satisfied with its freshness, perfect for today's early summer-like heat ^ ^.
