Well, after two glasses, I chose this one that I was most interested in when I saw the bottle for the last glass.
Takeba Noto wo Sake Junmai Shu in Akabu Shuzo.
It has a full, sweet rice aroma, a sweetness that is typical of Akabu, a banana-like flavor, and an aroma that passes through the nose and finishes with a shallow aftertaste and a clean finish.
This is a bottle brewed by the Kazuma Brewery, which brews entirely with rice grown in Noto that was damaged in the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and asked an outside brewery to brew Yumemizuho on consignment so that the contract farmers could continue to grow rice for brewing. ✨
As the end of this year is in sight, we invite you to support Noto by drinking it!
