I recently visited Kikumori Fair at Asano Sake Shop Umeda 🍶.
The free ticket I had received at the anniversary event expired in January, so I added one last drink 😄.
Modern Senkou Kame no O 2024 (Senkin/Tochigi Prefecture).
Sentori is scheduled to be rebranded next season, and some of the sakes may only be available this season.
I've been wanting to try Modern Sentori but kept putting it off, so I drank it now before the renewal 🍶.
The exterior is clear crystal.
The aroma is cider-like green apple and melon.
The aroma is fresh and pleasant.
Smooth mouthfeel with a gassy, chili-like stimulation.
From the light sweetness, a hint of aroma as if one bites into a fresh apple and a fruity acidity reminiscent of plums spread fresh and crisp.
The lingering finish is short, leaving a faint bitterness.
This is modern!
This is delicious 😊.
I think this is a good sake that can be drunk light and unpretentious, and I look forward to seeing how this will be renewed in the future.

Yes, it's been a while since I've had a bottle of UA Yukidaruma! It's been a while for me too, but I just had a UA Snowman the other day and with all due respect, it was far better than I expected and I just reviewed this Modern Sentori as I quite liked it too 😊.
