Warm. It's that stove train. I finally got on it. The surume (dried cuttlefish) and tamadara (tama-dari) sold on the train were delicious, of course. The surume is roasted on the stove. Even though it is a josen sake, it is a delicious and refreshing sake without any unpleasant taste. It is a smooth and easy to drink sake with a slight umami flavor that complements the taste of the surume. It is exceptional to savor it in a carriage in the 1950s plus the snowy scenery.

Nobu Nobu, good evening 😀 I remember it was the Tsugaru railroad 😁. The train window and the seared surume will make the sake twice as good 😄.

Dormant bird, that's right. Tsugaru Railways also seems to recognize the drinking train and was selling local surume and sake on the train 😀. Delicious snacks, the rocking of the carriages and the scenery, you lose your cool and everything tastes so good.
