I bought it because it seemed to have a very good reputation in the salmon world. It was sold at a business supermarket.
I really wanted to drink it raw, but they didn't have it, so I went with the cooked version. The taste was fruity and sweet. No bitterness or spiciness. It's good for the cost and it's good. I really want to try it.
