I had a guest over at my house and opened a large bottle of Nara sake, but I got carried away at the end and opened it even though it wasn't the anniversary or the last day of the year😅.
It's not often I open it on the same day I bought it 🤔.
I opened it on the same day I bought it 🤔. I went to see if they had any Yamae Nishiki, but they didn't and the only ones they had were Kinmon Nishiki and Ginjo Hi-ire, so I went out on a limb and bought this one 😇.
I can't remember the last time I bought a sake in a wooden box, except for the Daiginjo from Yizuisuishin or the Ottersai Jiwari Sanbun.
Even more expensive sakes are in paper boxes.
It's mature but gorgeous, melon-like, sweet and delicious. The finish is clean and crisp.
Maybe it's better to drink it at room temperature.
I heard there is also a raw or unpasteurized version of this, but I'm sure it's a good one 🤔.

Good evening, Ponchan 🌆.
It was delicious, but customers said the sake they had had before was better 😅.
Maybe not as impactful as Kaze no Mori or Harushika🤔.
I honestly agreed 💦.

bouken, good evening. 🌜️ you bought a great Genshu Mai 😳I'd like to try it at least once 😁Last year the toji at Yomoyama said he couldn't get much Kinmon-nishiki and there would be only a few bottles 😅I went with that one.

Good morning, Nemuchi-san.
I was excited to see that you have both Kinmonnishiki and Ginjo, but I rarely go to this store 😇.
I want to drink Omachi or Aizan 🥺.
