A glass of Sado's Kintsuru fresh-stored sake It is quite good, with a clean and crisp mouthfeel and spiciness. Slightly more elegant than the standard regular sake. Sake from the five breweries on Sado Island are all delicious, but my personal impression is that Kanetsuru is a good choice when it comes to the image of everyday drinking with seafood. Within Sadogashima, "Igoneri" is the best. On the mainland of Niigata Prefecture, "ego-neri," or hardened boiled ego-weed, is served as a snack. On Sado Island, the rolled type (in the foreground of the second photo) is cut into thin strips and served with chopped green onions and soy sauce. This is the first time I have had the rolled type. Recently, I heard from my daughter and niece that a video of a native of Sadogashima is popular on YouTube, etc. I watched it and found it quite addictive, making me want to try Igoneeri and go to Sadogashima. Ego-neri Sadogashima The aroma of the sea is very subtle. Healthy. Kinzuru is still a great match with sashimi👍.

Hi Hiraccio 😃 I've never eaten or heard of Igonye, is it a grass? Is it seaweed? I would like to look for it if there is a product exhibition. ⚾️ is over, if Ikuei won, Uragaku would have been 🥈😅.

Harry, it is seaweed! I bought it at Yoshiike in Okachimachi. I bought it at Yoshiike in Okachimachi. It's light, so it's more of a healthy chopstick rest than a snack. High school baseball ⚾️ is starting a new team👍

Yukachin, you are right👍. I have an image of rectangular, ego-neri, served with vinegared miso. The video of the person from Sadogashima is quite addictive.

Hiraccio-san, I have the impression that Kinzuru has some umami, but it is also clean and sharp. I have never had Egoneeri. And youtube is also interesting for Sado lovers (^o^) I will check it out.

Good morning, Sashu 😊. Until last year, this fresh-stored sake from Kanetsuru was called "Ten no Yuzuru" and is also positioned as a summer sake. It has a good taste of rice, but it is also refreshing and crisp.
