Today, my family held a birthday party for myself and my brother's wife (^o^).
Now, what we will receive on this memorable day is Fukkai, which I was curious about after seeing it on a certain YouTube! It's my first time 😄.
The aroma is muscat and grapefruit. It is relatively mild. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a fizzy feeling. The bitterness is just right! The aftertaste is firm.
Hououmida Mikumari is beautiful and has a rough bitterness, while this one has a strong umami, but the fizziness and bitterness make it easier to drink and more mellow 😄I can see why both are popular!
