This weekend, the temperature rose and the snow melted at once, but the cold wave is expected to hit again next week, so I am dreading the days of shoveling snow again😅.
Well, I'm going to take a moment to reset my mind since the problem that has been bothering me recently has been solved and a new problem has come up and I still feel like I'm going astray 🍶.
Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Gohyakumangoku
Nabeshima" is not easy to drink in my hometown ✨.
I got it at Takakura when I was in Osaka for an offline meeting in November 😁.

The aroma is slightly sweet like a melon, and the sweet umami flavor flows into the mouth smoothly, and the sweet taste lingers after it finishes.
［Mokkiri]
A cool, melon-like sweet aroma, a slightly umami-dominated mouthfeel, then a sweetness that seems to seep in, followed by a long, sweet, pleasant aftertaste.
The melon-like aroma is typical of Nabeshima, and the sweetness that seeps in is delicious.
The second dish was locally caught Spanish Mackerel Sashimi.
The fourth one is "Curry with Pork Knead" by "Curry Gates Dandada" (🍛), a dish that makes your liver work harder.
The spice curry is easy to eat with the sweetness of onions 😋.
