I am so thankful and grateful that they are holding off-line meetings in Nagoya and Tokyo to coincide with my nationwide tour 😁.
This is how the "sake-no-wa" is expanding 😊.
I'm so happy!
I'll have to pick up the pace of my posting...
Well, here's the 4th drink from last week's farewell party!
Isshuikusuisei Junmai Ginjo Aizan
The black label is so cool ❗️!
Made with Hyogo Prefecture's special A rice, which is considered the highest quality among Aizan's
The aroma is like apple🍎 or white grape...
The taste is crisp and dry for Aizan.
The taste is like the usual (sweet and tasty ➕ bitter) ➖ sweetness ✖︎1/2...
It's like a digest of the dramas I always watch, edited and condensed into a digest version...
The bitterness goes perfectly with the teppanyaki chicken ✌️.
It takes the fat from the chicken and drains it away 👍🤗🤗.

Haruei Chichi, good morning ☀️.
This BLACK label appeals that our Aizan is not only sweet‼️.
It also has a strong Ichihaku-like bitterness and astringency, which I like ❣️.

Hi T.KISO 😃
This is a less sweet sake than the typical Aizan brew, and it tasted so hectic that it was replaced or starred in a bitter taste in a short time 😁.

Good evening 😃
I'm stocking up on these too😍.
From the reviews I've read, it looks promising 🎶.
By the way, do you have it in Tohoku...? 😭

Good morning, MAJ 😃.
This one is delicious, but unlike the usual Aisan, the bitterness comes early ❗️.
So I tasted it in a hurry 😁.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
That's right 😊.
Thanks to Sake, the "circle" is expanding...
It's really a wonderful thing 🤗.
Sooner or later, we will expand the "circle" to the northern Kanto area as well👍.
