As expected, they were out of Genmai.
I was talking with the proprietress about how I had never seen Toyoga before, and she told me that the name of this sake has the "Ka" of the female master brewer "Kayoko Takazawa" in it. She told me that the taste is not well-known yet, but when it becomes known, it will be hard to find, so please drink it while you still can!
When he said that, I had no choice but to buy it. There was also a Miyamanishiki, but since we were in Shinshu, we decided to go with Hitogokkiri.
It has a soft, slightly effervescent taste and is delicious. I should have bought another bottle 😭.
By the way, I climbed the castle tower of Matsumoto Castle 🥵.
It's a stairway attraction, it was tough 💦.
