Sake brewery tour trip on foot 16
Our final destination today is a sake restaurant called Sakabayashi at Kobe Shushinkan in Fukuju😇.
I love to have sake soba while having a set of two different sake tasting sets here 😀.
The sake soba is served with sake poured over the top of the zaru soba, and it is delicious 😀.
Total distance traveled today was about 15 km 🤣.
It was a fun walk with a variety of sake 😇

That's a really great sake brewery tour ✨
I'm also very interested in the sake soba: ⤴️
I'd like to visit some breweries in Kansai next year 😊.

Good evening, Yasubeyesan😇
What happens to the sake that is poured over the zaru soba? Sobayuwari?
I want to go to Kobe's sake brewery district for a drink too... 😇

Hi Pon, good evening here too 😀.
I've been to Fukuju many times already and enjoy it every time 😇.
They are open for lunch, but from 2:30pm they have a drinking session, which I recommend because it's reasonably priced 😀.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan!
There are many places in Kansai where you can have fun with sake 😀.
The sake brewery tour in Fushimi is fun, and the sake festival at Shoryakuji temple in Nara is also a great event 😀.

Good evening, Matsuchiyo!
There is a saucer under the colander, so you can drink it as it is, or you can mix it with soba-yu (buckwheat paste) as they bring it to you 😇.
You can enjoy it in various ways until the end 😀.
