Nagano business trip (No. 19)
I bought this around June at a liquor store in Matsumoto City 😀 This store also has a great selection of Nagano Sake ✨Genmai was on the shelf 😊.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of melon 🍈😊The palate has a beautiful rice flavor and a firm richness 😋It finishes nicely with a gentle acidity 😍.
The fourth one was at Kusabue, which I had a second chance to visit before returning home 😚✌️ I wrote my name and was seated in about 10 minutes😇I ordered vegetable tempura zaru + walnut sauce + han-ten ✋The amount of soba was more than I expected and I was in a hurry, but I finished it deliciously 😋✌️
