This is my first time drinking Yoshida Kurau at home and I love this type 😊✨

Super pale white, just a little leesiness, nice tingling on the tongue👍!
The "modern Yamahai" made by Kanazawa yeast and lactobacillus fermentation in the brewery gives it a gentle sweet umami and soft acidity 👏.
The slight bitterness in the aftertaste is pleasant and lingers on the palate 🍶.
13% low alcohol, light, fresh and really gentle 😆.
Come to think of it, "u" is "kind" of "gentle" ✨One more thing, it's your you 😊.
