My eldest daughter, who moved to a new nursery school in April, was a bit confused at first, but recently she has started to get used to it as she can name her new friends 😁.
We celebrated her growth with a drink with her name on it 🍶.
Ichinotani Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu
I used the sceptre I got the other day to compare the sakes.
[The sake cup]
The aroma of mellow rice and the smell of rain are probably due to the stoneware of the sceptered valley stone, the mouthfeel is clear, the flavor is mild, and it finishes with a pleasant aftertaste and bitterness that lingers on the tongue.
[The sake is clear to the taste buds, with a mild umami taste and a pleasant lingering bitterness on the tongue.]
The clear aroma of rice and the smell of wet cobblestones are probably due to the stoneware.
The entrée was a tempura of wild vegetables (kogomi, cod sprouts, and koshibara) given to us by relatives, and locally caught sashimi of yanagi-hachime (a fish that heralds spring in neighboring Ishikawa).
The coasters are also made of sceptre stone, so you can enjoy drinking at home more 😁.
I bought this sake for myself at Matsuyama Sake Shop, where I originally bought Ichinotani Junmai Ginjyo Uno (Uno), which I presented to bouken at the recent Kansai Off-line Meeting New Year's Party ✨.

Good morning, Jive 😃.
Daughter! Even with the early life challenges of transferring to daycare 😆 I'm glad you've made some friends too 😆 ☺️
It's interesting how the stoneware gulps change the aroma 🤗.

Good evening, Pon 🌛.
At first I was worried because I heard you didn't play with the kids you transferred with, but gradually you are getting used to your current class 😁.
The taste changes, but the aroma changes, which is unique to stoneware ✨.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
I was worried for a while, but I am relieved to see that the number of my friends' names has been increasing little by little lately 😁.
I've had a "scepter stone" sake cup for a while now, but the larger size of the sake cup brings out the aroma of the stone even more ✨.

Good evening pyonpyon 🌛.
I want him to grow up soon, but he plays with me now, so I think it's okay if he stays as he is now 😁.
When he comes of age, I plan to toast him with "Ichinotani Daiginjo Tsukishita Bijin" 🤣.
