This is the first time I have had this kind of specs as I have only had unfiltered raw sweet and juicy or alsobe crisp type!
The aroma is slightly sweet ✨.
The taste is also quite light as the sweet-juicy flavor has settled down and there is a clean acidity as well 😋.
Personally, I prefer the sweet and juicy type of Nama Sake, which is more like Hyakushun, but this one is also good for summer because it is light and sweet and refreshing 👍.
The third one is pickles that my wife got!
There is a mysterious local dish in the Hida region called "pickle steak," and it seems to be pickles for this dish!
To be honest, I had never had it before, so I made it with an egg, butter and white dashi!
It's hard to eat pickles by themselves because they are so sour, but when you mix them with an egg and heat it up, it's really tasty 😋.
It was a perfect snack for sake 😆.
