Last Sunday, I received a line from the owner of my favorite yakitori restaurant saying, "We just got this sake in stock!" So yesterday, after my wife and I had our usual massage to refresh ourselves, we went to visit the restaurant. So, the first drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Nabeshima HarvestMoon by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo. This will be my first hiyayoroshi from Nabeshima. When he uncorks the bottle in front of me, I hear a nice "pop"🎵The tension rises. Then, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little gas. It also has a citrusy and nice sweetness. The bitterness is less, but there is also a nice pungency that spreads in the mouth. It has a full-bodied flavor, and Nabesama is always a really tasty sake. The owner grilled some grilled fish for us, even though this is a yakitori restaurant, and we were able to enjoy the autumn season to the fullest. Thanks to the owner again.

Hi ma-ki-😃Nabeshima looks delicious! It's a sake I don't get to see very often and would love to drink someday 😆 You're a wonderful owner to grill the Akinobori fish for us at a yakitori restaurant 🥰ma-ki-'s personality is a good thing ❣️

Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby. We both have rickety shoulders and necks 💧. But now that we are refreshed and relaxed, we will be able to start working hard again tomorrow 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌛. I'm too jealous of "Nabeshima Harvest Moon" 😁. After careful physical maintenance, it's time for mental care at your usual yakitori restaurant ✨. The pairing of seasonal ingredients and sake is agonizing!
