I commented on the fact that I had heard that ichiro18 had been to such a restaurant, and he told me that he and his wife might like to go to this restaurant in Hiyoshi, Yokohama. I commented that I had heard about this kind of restaurant, and I thought it would be a good place for a couple to go.
I thought it would be good for my wife's birthday 🤔, so I made a reservation and visited. (Not because I want to drink sake 😅)
We had a course of Japanese food at the counter and of course sake 🍶.
Since we were there, we tried something I've never had before (it says it goes well with sashimi), Hanashaimi Oita sake Yamadanishiki.
Clear and refreshing on the palate.
Gentle acidity, slight sweetness
Delicious 😋.
I think it would go well with sashimi because it's so clean.
I was imagining something a little more dry type, but this is delicious 😘.
