First time in a year at Kadoya-san!
It's my first time at Naraman✨
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 17%.
Sake-like aroma on the first day or two, chirpy and a little bit thick.
Fruity flavor, sweetness, umami, and drinkability.
It is firm but not heavy because of its fruity taste.
Very tasty. ❣️
On the 3rd or 4th day, the fruity flavor fades and it gradually becomes more like sake.
It was easy to drink even though it was more classic.
It went well with dark foods such as eel on rice, salmon kama, and grilled mackerel!
I would definitely like to try other specs!

Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊.
It tasted really good, but it was perfect for me: ❣️ I was drinking this one at 17 degrees 😳 without even being aware of it 🤣I have to take care of my health, but all I have to eat is strong food 😂.

Hi Pon-chan ☀☀☀.
I'm interested in the sake that goes well with eel bowl 😁.
I can see the shift from freshly opened to more subdued flavors as the day goes by ✨.

Good morning, Gyve 🐥.
I was wondering if it would go well with sweet and spicy sauce because it is not too acidic and sweet 🤔Sweet and spicy sauce is difficult to match 😁.
