Hakkaisan純米大吟醸 越後で候
よしよし
After much deliberation, I decided to open the last bottle of the year with this sake🍶!
A guy at work goes to Niigata every year to stock up on sake, so I got a bottle for myself. The fact that he bought it for me in Niigata adds to my appreciation! 🍶
Let's start with the aroma!
Sweet aroma derived from rice. I'm not sure if it has an alu feel to it, but it seems promising.
Now, let's take a sip.
It is not the image of the light and dry ❗️, but rather, the sweetness comes first, then the taste is rich, and finally the dry sharpness and a slight bitterness comes at the end.
It was a great bottle to drink with seafood such as sashimi at the end of the year, and it further enhanced the flavor! After all, Hakkaisan is a sake brewer with deep pockets! This sake 🍶 is delicious!

Good evening, Mr. Yoshiyoshi.
What to drink at the milestone is also a fun problem 🎵.
Sashimi and Hakkaisan is the best match. 👍️
Thank you for this year. I look forward to working with you again next year 🙇.
