At [SHIMA], continuing from last time
I was looking around the cellar for what to drink next when I found a bottle of "Denshogiku", which is rare in Fukui, so I had another glass.
Taido Junmai Ginjo.
The master likes this one so much that he carries it almost regularly 😊.
Sweet fruity aroma, umami, acidity, and a sweet aftertaste.
The image of the aftertaste is somewhat similar to sweet potato shochu 😁.
According to the master, he almost always recommends it to his customers, and it is rare for people to ask for it themselves 😊.
If I didn't have sake-no-wa, I wouldn't have gone through with it either😅.

Hi Gyve 😀
You're right, Kumamoto's sake tastes more like Imo Shochu 😀.
I spent my school days in Kumamoto, so I was looking for Kumamoto sake, but this sake was a no mark 😅.
I'll try to find it again!

Good evening, Yasube!
I was curious about "Taido" after reading a review of it on Sake-no-wa, and I never expected to find it in my hometown, Fukui 😲.
[Maybe it's my impression of Kumamoto's sake, but it was delicious 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
I am amazed at the miraculous encounter in Fukui, where sake from other prefectures is rare, especially due to distribution 😲.
Your usual review walks paid off 😁.
